All prices are U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. All work requires at minimum 50% deposit. Deposits are non refundable after work has begun or on special orders. Although we do our best, There are no warranties of any kind on race parts and components due to the nature of the sport. There are NO returns, refunds or credits on custom built parts. Sales made in Virginia, or shipped to a Virginia address, are subject to 6% Virginia sales tax unless the customer has a valid sales tax exemption number for our records at that time. The majority of our sales are paid by money order or cashier’s check. Prepayment by cashier check, money order or bank draft. For convenience, VISA, and MASTERCARD are accepted. ***NOTE: a 3.5% service fee will be added to ALL Credit card transactions***. RFD prefers Money orders and bank checks due to the increasing amount of Credit Card fraud. For large or custom orders we require a 65% deposit and may require a larger deposit on orders with large parts bills. The deposit can be made by personal or business check and will require 2 weeks to clear. Engines and components being picked-up at our facility must have any balance paid by cash or cashier’s check unless other arrangements have been made. Items that require drop shipment from the manufacturer must be prepaid. Final payment must be made 7 working days before shipment or delivery.

No warranties of any nature (expressed, implied, fitness of usage or merchantability) are given on these products. Seller undertakes no responsibility for any product sold. Additional disclaimers are within and are binding upon this contract. Due to the intended usage of products offered, all products are sold on an “as-is” basis, and no warranties of any kind, whether written or oral are made by RACE FLOW DEVELOPMENT LLC., its agents or employees. All implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness are expressly excluded, and the buyer bears the entire risk as to quality performance and use of these products. RACE FLOW DEVELOPMENT LLC., will assume no responsibility of personal injury, labor or other injury arising out of the usage of high performance racing parts or products. Any defective part will be handled between the original manufacturer and the buyer. RACE FLOW DEVELOPMENT LLC., reserves the right to change specifications, prices and discontinue parts without notice. Installation of RACE FLOW DEVELOPMENT LLC., heads may adversely affect the vehicle manufacturer’s warranties, and may violate State and Federal laws when vehicles so equipped are operated other than strictly off-highway. RACE FLOW DEVELOPMENT LLC., reserves the right to discontinue any product at its sole discretion and without any liability with respect to similar products already in the field. Some parts are not legal for sale or use on pollution controlled motor vehicles.
